Onalaska Art Keepers is accepting submissions for “Onalaska Postcard Design” an artwork celebrating the beauty of Onalaska. This opportunity is open to adult and student artists based in the Coulee Region. Two designs will be selected for use as postcards and will be available to hand out at the Great River Landing in Onalaska to guests and visitors when they visit the area.

All artwork must be the exact dimensions 8 inches x 12 inches (oriented either horizontally or vertically) and should account for the addition of the words “Onalaska, WI” later on in the paintings, drawings, and collages (no photography or digital art will be accepted at this time).

The deadline for submissions is Monday, March 31, 2025. Artists may submit up to two works for consideration. Artists will be notified via email about their artwork submission by April 15, 2025. Accepted artwork will need to be delivered or shipped to Onalaska Art Keepers by April 20, 2025 to get a high quality image for printing postcards.

Winners will receive 50 postcards of their artwork as well as a $50 award. Postcards will be available to visitors at the Great River Landing in Onalaska starting June, 2025. (Winners will have their artwork returned to them after the postcards are ordered).

Submit a good quality photo of your artwork with your name and email address and specify Student or Adult category to Lori Ehlke at ehlkele@gmail.com by March 31, 2025.
