“Randy” is the creation of Jim Demetro, a well-respected sculptor from Washington State. The sculpture captures the playful spirit of a young boy pouring a bucket of water over his head and enjoying the simple fun of playing in the water.

The OAK Group and the Lyche Family, working together to bring this piece to Onalaska, felt it would be a perfect addition to Dash Park 2, where it will serve as a playful accent near the new Splash Pad.
